The studio is on Level 1 (stairway access), of the villa and includes: 1 double bed, en-suite full bathroom, sofa, fridge, HiFi, coffee table, Airconditioning, interent Wi-Fi access, two sunchairs and a big balcony with explicit view of the Aegean. Guests can use the pool and and sunbeds. Located in a quiet area of Athens suburbs, very close to the Athens International Airport (4km) and Rafina port( 4km, ships to Andros, Tinos, Mykonos islands etc.). The property includes secured private parking! Beautiful hidden sandy beach ''Davis Beach'' is just around the corner (1 min walking), with a small beach bar ''davis Beach Bar''! Shops, supermarkets,restaurants, grocery stores, tavernas, coffee shops, night-clubs and public transport are 10-20 minutes walking distance. Athens city centre and Acropolis is 35-45 minutes by car (depends on the traffic). Guest access Guests can access the studio on Level 2, the pool and the sunbeds. I can arrange transportation service from/to the airport, Rafina port and Athens city centre. Car is advisable in order for you to be more flexible and visit different places.
