Waterfront home: dock, pool & hot tub! NOTRE DAME!

Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You can have a fun day or evening in Elkhart, 5 min drive to the downtown. South Bend and Notre Dame are only a short 20 min drive. At the home you will have endless fun with the waterfront property, firepit & pool! This calm stretch of the St Joseph River is perfect for boating , fishing and canoeing! We have kayaks and paddle board to use for guests. Near national parks: Indiana and Warren dunes! The space There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full and one 1/2 bath. In the walkout basement there are 2 sets of bunk beds with three mattresses each. Also, a bathroom and spacious shower and an extra kitchen area down there as well. Guest access The whole property is available to use with the exception of the garage and storage area in the basement. Outside the boathouse is off limits as well.
