It is also close to Elitch Gardens amusement park, Store, the Pepsi Center, the Convention Center, Illegal Pete’s, ChoLon Modern Asian Bistro, & many more restaurants & bars. Walk just one block to 16th Street Mall, downtown Denver’s busiest dining and shopping district. Close, but not too close. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, & families (with kids). The space This immaculate and spacious condo has wonderful views of the city. Enjoy the open floor plan, private balcony, and exposed brick walls. The building offers a large billiards room, cardio/weight rooms, tennis court and an outdoor social space with grills and a fire pit. Main TV is voice activated although you can still type if desired. Note: The pool and hot tub are currently closed, not sure when they will re-open. Guest access Guests will have access to the full property and private French balcony. Other things to note * Please note that my building allows short term rentals, but you'll need to sign a simple rental agreement that will be sent to your personal email. *The minimum rental period for this unit is one month. * Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay. * If any personal items are left at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $30 for any items that need to be shipped back to you from your stay (prices may vary for large items). *Unit is non smoking and the building has a major fine for any tampering of the fire detector. (Renter is responsible for all fines.)
