Living in "Kraut & Ruabn - Stadl"

Our framehouse was built 2014 and is located in a quiet housing complex and an open country side with a view to wine gardens, wine cellar alleys and a look-out tower. The house offers all amenities of an one family house. The space Our Stadl is a modern one-family house with an optical characteristic of a framehouse. The terrace has a view to the wine-mountains and is also canopied and furnished (Lounge-furniture and dining table). Of course it is allowed to play or chill in the garden. If you like you can also use a barbecue (Gas-Grill is available). Guest access In and around the Stadl you can use all areas. Other things to note Coffee, beer, wine, ... can be taken by yourself. But please note the withdrawal. A fridge and a filter cofee machine are available and you can use it. A nostalgic record player and some old records can be used for pleasureable time travels. :-) An ironing board, a flat iron and dist. water are available for free. If you like we wash and iron your laundry (with small charge). The bedroom can be locked with a sliding gate (for toddlers). Pets are not allowed! Overnight tax €2,60 per person and night (children till 15 years are for free).
