Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request. The space La Petite Maison is a 3-star charming cottage. Located at the gates of Brantôme, the cottage welcomes you in a quiet and elegant environment close to many sites to visit and discover. Carefully restored, the cottage offers all the comfort and tranquility for a relaxing stay in the heart of the Périgord Vert. Lovers of calm and beautiful spaces will be sensitive to its layout, its sunny terrace and its opening to nature. Thanks to its stone walls, the house stays cool in summer, its well-oriented openings give it a beautiful brightness all day long. On the ground floor: A large 35 m2 living room overlooking the sunny terrace, open kitchen, living room with TV and wood-burning stove. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, raclette set and fondue set. Mid-floor: Separate toilet Laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, a cylinder vacuum cleaner and a broom vacuum cleaner) Upstairs: A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the 2 double bedrooms and the bathroom Bedroom 1: 160 x 200 double bed, wardrobe, TV Bedroom 2: double bed 140 x 190, mezzanine with a single bed 90 x 190 (access ladder suitable for children over 7 years old), storage Bathroom: walk-in shower, single sink, hair dryer and toilet Outside: Patio with Jacuzzi (heating + whirlpool) for 3 people (bathrobes provided) Wooden table and chairs on the terrace Weber BBQ Sunbathing Private parking with 2 parking spaces Other things to note For your comfort, you will find in our cottages: - Hotel-quality bedding - Beds made on arrival - Towels and linens are provided - Free and open Wi-Fi connection - Satellite TV - Supply of wood for the stove and barbecue - A welcome kit and kitchen basics (spices, oil, vinegar, soap, dishwashing liquid, cleaners, garbage bags, toilet paper) - Board games and card games To accommodate little ones, we provide you with suitable equipment (BPA-free plastic dishes, baby bed, high chair). We do the cleaning after your departure, however we ask that the house be returned in a good condition. Bed linen and towels should be grouped together in the basket provided for this purpose when you leave. Clean and well-behaved pets are welcome at the cottage, they remain your responsibility and we ask that you do not allow them to go upstairs. COVID 19: Although the accommodation is always impeccably clean, we will pay special attention to disinfecting any contact surface, including door handles, keys, switches, etc. A key box has also been set up if you prefer to avoid contact.
