Close to the Aigle, this very pretty 19th century farm, with the typical architecture of the Pays d'Ouche, was completely renovated more than 30 years ago to become a real small rural manor. It is a remarkable site in a serene environment, conducive to rest and moments with family or friends. A stone's throw from the village bakery, this property is organized around a flowery courtyard and within a pretty wooded park. The space The main house is made to receive people, large families, artists' sessions, seminars. Its 10 bedrooms are almost all equipped with their own bathroom (with toilet). The dining room is sized for beautiful tables with its large 4.5 m long table. The living room, equipped with a 75-inch TV and a beautiful functional and efficient fireplace, will accommodate about twenty people on its friendly sofa. You can also relax in the 40 m² veranda equipped as a real extra living room. The custom kitchen with high-end equipment has just been created. It has all the dishes (white porcelain) and glassware (water, white wine, red wine) for 20/24 people. Adjacent to it you will have a back kitchen (accessible directly from the outside) with freezer cabinet and cold room. From the terrace at the back of the house, protected by the large veranda, the view overlooks the spring-garden and the park. In the courtyard, there are two mirrored pavilions, one of which is converted into a house for 6 people (2 bedrooms for 3 people) with its own kitchenette, shower and toilet. This can be added to the rental, at an additional cost. The second outbuilding hosts a sports/fitness area with yoga mats and balls, bench, dumbbells, jump rope. Children can also enjoy an outdoor trampoline and swings. The courtyard is also bordered by 2 large outbuildings housing a bread oven (operational), an old press, a laundry room, impressive attics and stables (these can be rented if you wish to come with your horse). The 300 m² vegetable garden, a true botanical garden with its many rose bushes will delight your eyes. Other things to note The fee includes cleaning, bed linen (percale or cotton satin), bathroom linen (bath mats, hand towels, 1 small + 1 large towel per person) and kitchen towels.
