While most units offer smaller beds, we provide a spacious King bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and junior bunk beds, allowing us to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. A unique door code will be sent in the check-in eamil 2-days prior to check-in. Other things to note Primary renter must be 25+, sign a rental agreement, provide ID, and authorize a $200 damage hold. No pets, smoking, or parties. Turtle Watch is a 518 sq. ft. villa with a side ocean view. Complimentary bikes are maintained seasonally but may show some rust due to our beachfront location.
