We propose you to rent, on the commune of Dax, this beautiful house with heated swimming pool, of a surface of 110 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 34 m², an open and equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 600 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The space On the ground floor : - A bright living room of 34 m² with TV, sofa, armchair and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with a central island, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hob, dishwasher, espresso machine, crockery and cutlery... - Bedroom 1: master suite with a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining shower room. - Separate toilet. On the 1st floor : - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190). - A study area. - A bathroom with bathtub. - Separate toilet. Outside : - An above-ground swimming pool (private, heated) 5 m long and 3.5 m wide with a manual cover. The pool is heated from June to September. - A beautiful enclosed garden of 600 m². - A 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, fan, washing machine, barbecue, parasol, ironing board and iron.
