The space Thekla Court provide Luxury self-catering apartments (2 Studios and one two bedroom apartment) for holiday rental, all with their own facilities, situated in the outskirts of unspoiled Polis. The spacious apartments are designed for enjoyable living with a private pool (shared by the the 3 apartments only) and great views to the sea and the mountains. They are all to a high standard including fly netting on windows and patio doors. With Sunny ground floor terrace and balconies, and a secluded roof terrace, it is ideal for sun lovers, all with sun beds, tables and chairs. Chrysochous Bay (20 minutes walk) is the nearest beach and an 8 minutes stroll take you to the town centre with all its amenities: restaurants, banks, supermarkets etc. Guest access All apartments have their own access including balconies (1st floor) and ground floor terrace space (ground floor Studio) as well as shared access to the pool, its separate shower and toilet, as well as bathroom and washroom for this apartment, the surrounding terrace and the roof terrace. Parking space is available in the drive or on the land surrounding the property. Linen and towels are provided, but guests need to bring their own beach/sunbed towels. The Damage Deposit of Euro 200.00 need to be paid 2 weeks before arrival, it will be repaid in full if there are no damages or losses. Air conditioning is included in the price with moderate use, if usage is higher than expected, then the excess will be charged from the Damage Deposit. The electric meter is read on arrival and on departure. At additional costs we offer: Internet Access (Wifi at Euro 13.00 per week, Euro 38.00 per month) ; if needed please request when booking; Gas central heating can be requested in the winter period at extra cost, up to 2 additional guests (in addition to the four) can be accommodated on sofa beds in the living area at additional costs. Other things to note Prices are based on 4 people sharing, for additional guests (up to 2) there is an additional charge. Toiletries are not provided. The first 10 meters up to Thekla Court are at a steep gradient, the next 100 meters slope gently uphill; all manageable if of average fitness level - even if elderly. There is a lovely walk along the beach, from the Campsite towards Latchi. Footpath and cycle paths are also provided along the road from Polis to Prodromi onto Latchi, there is ample space to cycle or walk. Registration Details 0001036
