Casa Linda is a cute little house and an easy walk (just 0.25 miles) from Cedar Creek Lake in Enchanted Oaks. Enjoy access to the community boat launch, dock and pool. We are 30 minutes from Canton and close to GBC and Mabank. There is plenty of outdoor seating on the expansive deck that is right off the house and a secondary deck that is above the cove. Evening is perfect for an outdoor movie. Enjoy the large fire pit and some gooey, sticky smores. Ask about multi family options. The space There is a large yard to allow the kids to run around and burn some energy while you sit by the firepit and tell stories or just hang out on one of the decks surrounded by trees. Older kids have a separate room off the deck for playing ping pong. Layout the hammocks and enjoy a nice long nap under the trees. There is plenty of seating for everyone outside, or you can go inside and hang out on the large, cozy couch. Open the curtains and blinds to enjoy the bright sunshine coming in through the windows. You can play games and watch TV while the little ones play or read in the front closet (play space). Once you feel a need for some alone time, you can retreat to one of the 3 bedrooms which all have a TV. There is a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Just outside the sliding doors, you can sit on the small patio and enjoy your coffee under the tree cover. There is a desk if work becomes necessary. The king room opens to the deck and is next to the other bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with twin bunk beds. We know some prefer quilts while others want comforters, so we have both. Each room also has a combination sound machine/night light/clock to ensure everyone sleeps well. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, including coffee, tea and creamers. We have a dual coffee machine for your enjoyment. We also have plastic kitchenware to reduce the stress of eating with little ones. The table seats 6 while the bar has seating for 2. Guest access There is enough parking for 4 vehicles. Two in the driveway in front of the garage and two in the half circle drive. There is plenty of space for your boat as well. Other things to note The city has quiet hours from 10pm-9am, and fireworks are not allowed. Casa Linda is on a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper, so we don’t have to call the plumber during your stay. Pets are allowed with pre-approval and a pet fee. We do not tolerate parties, and there is no smoking of any kind allowed. Cedar Creek Lake is a great fishing lake so bring your fishing poles, walk down to the dock, and be prepared to catch some big ones. Canton First Monday is only 35 minutes away.
