PROPERTY IS UNDER 24/7 CAMERAS’ SURVEILLANCE! ALL VIOLATIONS OF OUR POLICIES WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE! NO EXCEPTIONS! This apartment is an open concept one when rented in VERSION 1. With a spacious high-ceiling bedroom and resting area. A bright corner and table if you need to work and a resting area for watching TV and relaxing. Or even read a book by the window. The kitchen is fully furnished and has a dining space in it. The bathroom has all the amenities, and the laundry machines in the corner. The apartment has also 2 other bedrooms which are closed with locks to the guests in VERSION 1. No access will be given to these rooms unless pre-booked and paid for. You can choose to book just one or both of the extra rooms depending on the number of members of your family. Only for families. No party-groups. If you decide to book please respect the signs on the doors and our strict policies. At the front entrance, there is a balcony where you may enjoy your morning coffee too. Parking: there is always parking in the street in front. Also, we may provide a parking spot (if available), if you decide to park your car for the entire stay. But if you plan to drive around during the day it would be more practical to just park in the street. NOTE Our Prices are not higher. They include all mentioned taxes already, to avoid confusion on your bill: 15% Guest fee - Airbnb takes it. 3% Host fee - Quebec Tourism Tax (CITQ of Quebec keeps it) 9.98% QST Tax - Quebec Provincial Government takes it 5% GST Tax - Federal Government takes it. We have Surveillance Cameras checking the outside of the building. Please do not abuse on our hospitality. If done so, your nightly price will be charged double. The main entrance is under camera surveillance for your safety and ours. Other things to note Please, no shoes once you enter the main entrance. Use only sleepers found in the shoe drawers in the main entrance. Air Conditioner is available only during summer and hot weather. During winter only electrical heating is allowed to use. Please keep the thermostats at the same temperature. (There are 3 thermostats: living and bed room Dining room Bathroom. * the Extra Rooms have their own heating Thermostats. Do NOT abuse on our ACs and/or Heating system. We check the electricity bill constantly. But most of it mother Earth will thank you! :) We gently ask to keep doors and windows closed when using heating or cooling. *** Guests booking from Montreal and the surrounding areas should provide a valid ID document before checking in.
