The Space: One-level home has an open concept kitchen/living room, office space, laundry, front and back decks, and flat, fenced yard on the lakeside. This is an ideal floor plan for two families to share. Three bedrooms (sleeps 8 adults) and two bathrooms (full and 3/4). BOATING: As of May 2024, the water is approx. 5.5 feet deep at the edge of the 44' dock. You may moor up to two boats. There is a private boat ramp just on the other side of the channel that has a $15 fee, or you can use a public ramp in Garrison. There is a private campsite rental down the street if you wish to bring a camper. Please message for details. Do not bring a camper without prior authorization. HOT TUB: The hot tub is no longer offered as an amenity due to MN State Health licensing requirements. We will update if we are able to bring this back. SECURITY: Cameras are on front and back of the home facing the lake and street.
