Very large enclosed garden of more than 1000 m2 (Barbecue). The beaches are 3 km away (village of Genêts, beach of Bec d'Andaine) or a little further on Jullouville and Carole. Crossings on foot or on horseback (with a guide) can be made from the house. The space Old country-style house of about 150 m2 comprising on the ground floor an entrance, a large kitchen, a laundry room with toilet and shower, a living room with beautiful fireplace. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2nd toilet. The house is quiet and bright. Very nice garden of more than 1000 m2. Huge fireplace in the living room ideal for beautiful winter evenings. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. No one else on site! Other things to note the village of St Léonard is quiet. Tourist beaches are accessible by car.
