Firepit lounge area in the back yard and plenty of space for a friendly game of corn hole. Ping pong table located in the basement. Private dock is step away if you would like to sit on the water while the sun goes down. Guest access Long driveway to accommodate three or four cars if needed! If you are going to have more than four cars please message us for details on overflow parking! Other things to note Nix Bridge park is located a few hundred yards down from the house if you would like to bring your own boat. There is a launch ramp and day use area. Contact owner if you plan on bringing a personal boat. Feel free to bring fishing poles as well.
