Beautiful Home in Center of Town-Near Everything!

Staying at this central location makes it easy to explore all Homer has to offer or relax in a modern family-friendly home. Less than a 5-minute drive to the spit, walking distance from shops, food, Beluga Lake, and directly across the street from Grace Ridge Brewery. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has a fully equipt kitchen, washer/dryer, wifi, and a completely fenced-in backyard, so even your dog can enjoy the sunshine. The space The main living space has a vaulted ceiling with an open concept. For your entertainment, there is a TV, wi-fi, record player, and for those musically talented, a guitar. This modern kitchen has butcher block countertops, new appliances, and everything you need to enjoy delicious meals with your friends and family. All the beds have soft linens, comfortable duvets, and pillows to rest easy after a day of discovering Homer. Of the three bedrooms, two of them share the guest bathroom with a walk-in shower and the larger bedroom has the master bathroom with a bathtub/shower. There's also a washer and dryer available. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house (excluding the garage) and the fenced-in backyard which has a small patio, fire pit, and a wood pellet grill for barbecues. There's room for up to four cars in our driveway and day parking in the cul-de-sac. Other things to note We are happy to accommodate your canine family upon approval. We ask that when you leave your dog at the house alone, you use the crate that we provide or have them run in the backyard.
