Tasteful and brand new guest house, beautiful neighborhood on the river. Guests have private deck facing yard and separate outdoor sitting area on the Willamette river (behind main house). Watch the birds, boats and riverboat cruise from the patio with fire pit. 2 miles from lightrail station, restaurants and shopping nearby and 15 mins. to downtown Portland. All are welcome! We are on the east side of the river, Milwaukie area. The space Private guest house with 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and closet, comfortable queen fold-out sofa in living room and air mattress available as well. Beautiful new kitchen with espresso and coffeemaker. Full-size washer and dryer in unit. Parking for multiple vehicles and next to boat ramp (boat trailer parking available). Guests have use of an unrestricted river-view patio area with fire pit and seasonal beach below. TV, Wifi, Wii U available, spacious tiled shower with tankless water heater, provided coffee and tea. Great walking neighborhood of million+ dollar homes on the river. We sanitize all surfaces between guests including door handles, light switches and remote controls! View from the guest house is of the yard, the river view is from behind the main house. Guest access Private deck with table and chairs, access to private sitting area with fire pit, access to river, boat ramp, and seasonal beach. Kayak use subject to availability (lifejackets provided)! There are pets in the main house but no shared pet areas! Other things to note Kid and dog-friendly. Toys available.
