In order to keep nightly rentals affordable for those that do not wish to heat the spa, spa heating is separate from the nightly rental. It’s $10 an hour to heat the spa. Although this may not cover the entire cost depending on the start temperature, it’s important to us that we keep it affordable for you. The spa is controlled remotely. No heat requests past 8pm. The home has Internet access and a password will be provided. However, the owner is not responsible for continuous Internet use. This includes apps and use of the smart TV. The city is known to have Internet outages and this is beyond the owners control. Have fun and be aware the home is in a neighborhood so we only ask that you are respectful to our great neighbors. The outdoor faux fire pit does not produce a flame. It is for ambient lighting only. If a violation has occurred, the guest will be required to vacate the home immediately with no refund. Holidays and major events are 3 night minimum. You will be asked to have ALL GUESTS in your party sign a pool waiver prior to arrival for your stay. You agree to provide guests first and last names as well as an email address for each adult when you book this home. There is no garage access. Are you a longer rental term or snowbird? Please inquire. Snow bird season runs the end of December through early March. Garage access may be available during this time for longer rentals. ***One may not book on behalf of another.
