Meet Your Home Away from Home This cozy and quaint two-bedroom townhouse is a short 2- minute drive to downtown Royal Oak and all of its amenities, from some of the best breweries and coffee shops in Michigan to tons of nightlife and fun. Our location makes it easy to experience everything Ferndale and Detroit has to offer. Feel free to message us with any questions before or during your stay with us. $80 Pet fee/stay The space We strive to make your stay as cozy and comfortable as possible. The beds are plush memory foam, the kitchen is fully stocked, all linens are provided with extras available. We offer complimentary coffee + creamer + syrups, gourmet tea and snacks upon arrival. There is a washer and dryer with laundry detergent, bleach, stain removal, and dryer sheets available for your convenience. There is free parking onsite; 1 space on the private driveway and additional street parking between the bike lane and street- no permit or parking pass required and always open unless signs are posted. Then you can park on N Blaire Street (around the corner). This is a cozy townhouse-style home and we recommend a maximum of 4 guests. Cleaning procedure: We do a full clean after every checkout. We are taking extra steps to sanitize high touch surfaces such as doorknobs and cabinet doors between reservation. Guest access You and your group will have access to the entire place and fenced/private backyard. Other things to note There is WiFi and Smart TV for App access. Linens, towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash are provided. Plates, cooking utensils, iron and washer/dryer available. Just bring yourself and your clothes and we'll cover the rest!
