Nice studio located in the heart of the pretty village of Canet en Roussillon on the 1st floor. Completely renovated with taste, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, combination oven, Nespresso, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, air conditioning, WIFI and TV . Summer meals can be enjoyed on the patio. It is located on a very quiet square with an unobstructed view. Parking spaces are free. Linens and towels are provided. The space Our studio "Felicidad" is a peaceful place where you feel good and relaxed. Through the inner courtyard overlooking the patio you can hear the birds singing... Guest access If you wish, you can have your meals in the patio which is shared with another studio (it is equipped with two tables, one for 2 people and one for 4 people.) Other things to note - Here, self check-in from 4 p.m. - Check out 10 a.m. maximum, Concierge service, if the check-in or check-out is not respected, a surcharge of €30 incl. tax/hour will be charged. - Surcharge also of €20 including tax if the dishes are not done. - All items are systematically checked between each rental.
