Located in the Santo Domingo neighborhood, a 12-minute walk from the Zócalo de Tepoztlán, Villa El Fuerte offers majestic views of Tepozteco and the “Pata de buey” mountain. Within its 4000mts2 of land and garden you will find a large swimming pool, two terraces to spend time with family and friends, as well as various fruit trees, cacti and bugambilias. This house is ideal to connect with the pachamama, relax and enjoy the countryside. The space The property has 3 furnished rooms. For gastronomy lovers and grill masters, the villa has a fully equipped kitchen, two stoves with an oven and everything you need for a great meal. For the outside there is a spacious dining room, a small Weber grill and another professional grill with a smoker. The pool is NOT heated. Guest access The central location allows you to reach the Zócalo de Tepoztlán in 12 minutes on foot, parking is inside the house, maximum 5 cars. The Santo Domingo neighborhood is characterized by being quiet and safe. Other things to note Waiter service with cocktail experience can be arranged for an extra charge. Subject to availability. Pets allowed, subject to host approval. To light the fireplaces please contact the staff of the house. Firewood is available. Residential area: the volume outdoors must respect the neighbors after 11:00 p.m. Large speakers/sound systems are not permitted. Cleaning service: included Saturday and Sunday. In case of requiring service during the week it will be with extra charge and subject to availability. Events or parties are not allowed.
