A full-size fold-out couch is also available in the living room, best suited for children, allowing additional sleeping accommodations for up to four guests. KITCHEN & AMENITIES: The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided for your comfort. Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries. Laundry: A shared washer and dryer are available, with complimentary laundry supplies provided. Parking: One space in the garage (small vehicles only). Parking behind the garage is not permitted. General street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available. Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older. Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances. City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
