Fall Season: Change of seasons full of color. Some water in cove with two slip dock. Lowest water levels from November to April. Property is equipped with accommodations for 10-12 with rental of additional guest house (kitchenette, full bath, and 4+ beds (1 queen, 1 twin, 1 trundle, and room for 2 additional guests. Summer Season: Lake is at full pool with plenty of opportunity for water sports, fishing, and leisure boating. Fish off the two-slip dock and/or bring your boats! FISHING - CRAPPIE SEASON: March-May Other things to note Main house has two queen bedrooms and one king bedroom and can comfortably sleep 6 adults. The detached GUEST HOUSE is completed! Guest House can hold 4-6 adults with 1 queen, 1 twin, 1 trundle, and 2 air mattresses. This increases the sleeping capacity to 10-12 people. This will be a perfect spot for family retreats, girlfriend getaways, and hunting/fishing tournament accommodations!
