This lovely renovated beach house is located in the heart of Cowes. A prime position, only a stone's throw to the beach. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom split-level home across three floors has all the features and facilities you need including unlimited WIFI, laundry facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, large backyard, and an expansive upstairs deck with outdoor seating. The space This is the perfect location for holidaying! Only a 2-minute drive to the beach and Cowes Centre allows for easy access to everything you need. It’s a perfect place to make memories with your family, with plenty of room for the kids to play. The home sleeps 12 guests and includes ducted heating and cooling throughout, a split system in the upstairs living area, and large bright windows. The living space is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. Unwind in front of the HDTV and watch your favourite shows while you also enjoy unlimited WIFI. The home maintains a private feel with its fully fenced yards and sliding gate at the front, which is perfect for children and dogs to play. The large property provides ample space for parking the boat, trailer, or jet ski. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited. A residence where you can enjoy your time away and just unwind. Guest access BEDROOM LAYOUT - SLEEPS 12 PEOPLE Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed with Ensuite - Upstairs - Level 2 Bedroom 2 - 1 x King bed - Ground Floor Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen bed - Upstairs - Level 2 Bedroom 4 - 1 x Double bed & 2 x King Single Bunk beds - Upstairs - Level 2 Lower Games Room - 1 x fold-out double couch (Fold-out sofa bed doona and pillows are stored in a cabinet near downstairs couch) - Ground Floor Upper Living Room - 1 x fold-out double couch - Upstairs - Level 3 What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. Guests have the choice of: BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations. Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price. Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set). Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel. Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40. If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised. We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
