The space The house features a comfortable, modern, and fully equipped living area, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. It offers three bedrooms: Two bedrooms with king-size beds (180 × 200 cm) One bedroom with two single beds (90 × 200 cm) that can be joined together to form a queen-size bed There are also two identical bathrooms, finished in travertine stone, each equipped with a rain shower. Outdoor Areas The house opens onto a pleasant outdoor space designed for relaxation and outdoor dining. A covered terrace features a summer kitchen and a gas plancha, perfect for enjoying meals outside. You will also enjoy a saltwater swimming pool (3.5 m × 7 m) with a wooden deck and sun loungers, ideal for relaxing in the sun. A dedicated outdoor lounge area allows you to unwind while enjoying the beautiful open view over the valley. Guest access The house, with a swimming pool, is located on a large 1500m2 plot of land that is entirely private and at your disposal. You will be able to park safely on the ground thanks to the ample parking space, suitable for several cars and motorcycles. Access to the land is facilitated by an automatic gate, for which you will receive a remote control with the keys to the house. Other things to note You will enjoy a beautiful outdoor living space set on a private 1,500 m² plot. The property features a swimming pool area with a wooden deck, a comfortable outdoor lounge, and sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. A covered terrace is also available, equipped with a large dining table, an outdoor kitchen, and a gas plancha — perfect for enjoying meals outside. The swimming pool is fitted with a reinforced liner and treated with a saltwater system. It can be heated if necessary and is secured with an automatic rolling cover. For your comfort, several optional services are available upon request, including breakfast delivery in the morning, daily housekeeping with optional linen and towel changes, and grocery shopping before your arrival.
