Other things to note Nearby towns of Coburg and Harrisburg offer unique, small-town charm, yet have plenty of local restaurants and shopping to meet all your needs! A picturesque 25-minute drive to the University of Oregon campus, and a 40-minute drive to Oregon State University, the Farm House on Mount Tom is the ideal location for campus visits. You can enjoy activities such as hiking, fishing, antiquing, and wine tasting. Perhaps you'd like to take a day trip to the coast to pick up some Dungeness crab. Or maybe you'd just like to relax on the patio with a cup of tea, surrounded by grass fields, watching the chickens and ducks. Keep an eye out for wildlife such as deer and elk, and several species of birds from swallows to goldfinches to bald eagles! Don't miss taking in the sunset and the night sky, being serenaded by frogs, while sitting around the propane fire pit.
