The thoughtfully appointed galley kitchen has all the comforts of home including a full-size electric oven with 4 burner gas cooktop, dishwasher fridge freezer and convection microwave. Fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, and pans making cooking a breeze in this self-contained studio. Outside you will find the built-in weber BBQ and outside sink with a 2-seater bistro table on the stone tiled terrace and the off-street park space. A comfortable chaise lounge and generous dining setting provides ample seating and dining options with an integrated bench seat along side the wall. A large screen smart TV and Gas Fireplace and Air conditioning allow for all season comfort. The bedroom alcove space has open plan wardrobes and a queen size bed with full linens provided. The on-point Barn style door reveals the luxury ensuite bathroom with toilet, single vanity, dual showerhead stall and Japanese inspired bathtub perfect for a soak after a day on the mountains. 6a Alice can accommodate up to 2 guests and does not allow pets. Please note, the property is situated in a developing area, and construction may be taking place on some neighbouring properties. Sustainability practices include: Rainwater collected, recycling bins provided, taps and showers are water-efficient, towel reuse in place, walls and ceilings insulated, double glazed windows, green spaces on property. Guest access Access to our properties is via a door code, lockbox or key pick up from our office. You will be sent check-in details via SMS and Email on the day of your arrival when the property is ready for you. Once you have booked you will receive a copy of our digital compendium which provides information on where to arrive and what to do in the wonderful Snowy Mountains. We give our guests the space they need and are available when required. This property sleeps a maximum of 2 people including children and infants. Please be aware that you are booking private accommodation, not a hotel. As a result, we do not provide daily on-site housekeeping and have limited availability for additional or replacement items like pillows, blankets, or toilet paper. Our properties are fully self-contained and all linen & towels are included. A small starter pack of detergent, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper & garbage bags are supplied to begin your visit. You will need to bring more of these items or buy locally if you are here for more than two nights. Check-in time is 4pm during Winter. We understand that this may not be ideal, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate earlier check-ins during busy periods. Lastly, we highly recommend guests to purchase appropriate travel insurance for their trip.
