Rosie’s Peaceful Guesthouse at Lake Eufaula

Enjoy a peaceful vacation in our family-friendly guesthouse set in a beautiful wooded setting located on beautiful Lake Eufaula. Enjoy fishing from the dock or dock your boat. Our guesthouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a loft area that can easily sleep 4 children. The kitchen is a dream for preparing meals. Enjoy the beautiful wrap around covered deck with outside seating, porch swings, a dining table and a small gas grill. There is also small fenced yard. See what Eufaula has to offer! The space Enjoy a peaceful vacation in our guesthouse set in a wooded setting located on beautiful Lake Eufaula. Enjoy fishing from the dock located on peaceful White Oak Creek or park your boat at the dock and enjoy the beautiful lake. Our stand alone guesthouse has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a loft area with a futon sofa and 2 chairs that fold down into twin beds. The loft can easily sleep 4 children. There are 2 full bathrooms one with a rain shower and the other with a tub/shower. The kitchen has an electric stove, full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and filtered water, a microwave, a dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Everything you might need is available. There is also a high chair and a pack and play if needed for the littlest family members. The beautiful wrap around porch is equipped with outside seating, 2 porch swings and a dining table for your al fresco dining. There is a small gas grill available on the deck. There is also small fenced yard for the kiddos or for your small to medium size four legged friends. Enjoy swimming in the community pool and use the community boat ramp to put your dock in the water then drive to our dock and dock your boat. Our dock is covered and you may fish to your heart’s content from the dock. If you would rather worship the sun or just enjoy the peaceful nature of the lake, there is an upper deck on the dock, as well. The upstairs guesthouse is separate from the downstairs office/craft room. This area is our personal area and is not available to guests. It has no interior stair access to the guesthouse. There are no guests allowed in the downstairs portion. Guest access The guest house is a separate house not connected to our main house on our property. It is not handicapped accessible as it is located on the top portion of our offices. The bottom office portion of the guesthouse does not have interior access to the guesthouse and no guests are allowed in this area. The access to the guesthouse is up an outside flight of stairs. There is also a flight of stairs on the back of the guesthouse that allows access to the backyard. Parking is available at the guest house. We are pleased to welcome 1-2 well behaved small to medium sized dogs with a pet deposit. We ask that your dogs be either in the fenced yard or on a leash at all times. The lake is accessible by a short walk through the woods to the dock or you may bring your own ATV to make the trip to the lake easier. There is a a community pool available for your use with armbands provided. A lost armband will cost $10 for replacement. The community pool requires all children under the age of 14 to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The boat ramp is available for your use with a visitor pass will be waiting for you upon your arrival if you provide us with the tag number of your vehicle before you arrive. The community has quiet hours in the evenings beginning at 11:00 pm so you can be assured your sleeping will be quiet and peaceful. Other things to note Rosie’s Guesthouse is not handicapped accessible. There is a flight of steps to get into the guesthouse. The bottom portion of the guesthouse is not available for guest access. Guest pass is free at the White Oak Shores office located at 115 White Oak Dr. Armbands for pool access are $10 and can be purchased from the White Oak Shores office. Dogs MUST stay in the fenced area at the guesthouse, on the closed gated porch area, in the guesthouse or on a leash at all times. The pool and hot tub on the property of the main house and guesthouse are not available to guests.
