Single-Family Rentals: Each home may only be rented by a single family. 2. Maximum Occupancy: The Lodge: 10 people, Treehouse: 8 people 3. Minimum Rental Period: Short-term rentals must be for a minimum of two consecutive nights. 4. Quiet Hours: No outdoor gatherings are permitted between 11:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. 5. Parking Restrictions: No parking is allowed on the lawn, neighboring lawns, or the street. 6. Violations: If police issue a noise violation ticket , or if any guest violates these restrictions, a $500.00 fine per violation will be imposed.
