As of 10/4/23 the pool is closed. Our pool house is close to Scott Air Force Base and STL. Home is on 5 acres and has plenty of privacy. Beds are memory foam mattresses. Heated pool (May-September). Pet friendly (dog/cat) & have 1 XL kennel and 1 small pet carrier we can set up. Our home has a large circle drive that goes behind the barn. There is more than enough room for Handicap parking, the gate and sidewalk to the main patio are 48 inches wide. We have a handicap shower seat as well. We have plenty of space for kids to play and privacy if that’s what you prefer. We are close to town but have a country feel. We have provided an Amazon Firestick with Hulu, Netflix and Disney +. We provide a starter set of coffee pods. We have 3 indoor, big, friendly dogs and a cat as well. Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the pool house. We are 420 friendly, but you must prepare and smoke outdoors. Please only smoke on the metal patio table set as we have had burn holes in the fabric furniture. We are offering our pool house that is like a studio apartment. Guests will have access to the grill, pool, hot tub, fenced in yard and can utilize the part of our property that is not fenced in. We have 2 disc golf goals you use. We will be home or close when you are here, please don’t hesitate to ask questions. We are 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis and under 10 minutes to Scott AFB. Peel Wood Fired Pizza, Woods Bakery and Sweet Katie Bee’s Organic in O’Fallon are 5 minutes away and are delicious!! We do have many places that deliver if you don’t want to cook. You can also download the DoorDash App for food options. You will need to drive yourself everywhere, there is a Metro Station about 10 minutes from here. There is always Uber and Lyft options. - There will be a $25.00 fee for each unauthorized guest/visitor. There will be no fee if we approve of guest/visitor. As long as we are made aware and you are given approval by us, we don’t mind you having visitors. This is just due to previous issues and safety. - Please ask us for an earlier check-in time if you need it, we will do our best to make arrangements. - We will have access to the pool and other places on our property at the same time as you. - We will impose a curfew time of 11 p.m. on the pool and hot tub so we are not disturbed late at night. Please do not use the hot tub before 7:30 a.m. - We have 3 big, friendly dogs and a cat who also have access to the backyard, which is fenced in. The dogs will run away if any gates are left open. They are all great dogs and are normally inside our house. - We do our best to keep the backyard clean after our dogs go out. Please know there may be something that is missed. - Please let us know how many pets you are bringing, we prefer no more than 2. - Please do not let your dogs swim in the pool. Their nails can rip the liner, their fur clogs up our filter and it is bad on their skin due to the chemicals. - Please do not use the hot tub if you have a sunless tanner on or a spray tan. Do not put your head under water if you just colored your hair. - The hot tub is not to be used as your personal bath. - Please do not add anything to the hot tub (chemicals, flower petals, etc.) - Only swim in the pool or sit in the hot tub in proper swimwear. Street clothes are not allowed in the hot tub - it messes up the chemicals. -Please understand that we do everything possible to ensure the pool and hot tub are available during your stay. They may not be available due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control. - Keep all property & furnishings in good order. Damages to appliances, or rips, stains or tears of furniture, bedding or pool liner will be reported and we will be compensated. - If your animal does the damage to anything inside or outdoor our property, by agreeing to stay on our property, you are guaranteeing that you will compensate us for any damage. - If there is any evidence of you smoking or vaping inside the pool house, burn holes on the outside furniture or leaving cigarette butts in the trash can inside the pool house, we will charge $200.00 for the extra cleaning and getting the smell out. - People other than those in the Guest Party set forth, or let known to me & I approve, may not stay the night. - Owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries or illness that occurs on the premises. - You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming and/or using the hot tub and trampoline. - You agree to be fully & solely responsible for any accidents you or your guests may incur while staying on our property. - You understand the risks and agree you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. - All Airbnb Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read & understand this waiver and acknowledge that by confirming your booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guest(s) and Airbnb Host.
