No Airbnb fees added to the listed price! You are seeing the all-in price! Minimum stay is based on a total minimum rental amount of $1,000. However, we accept 2 day bookings on weekends (checking-in on a Friday) when the nightly rate is normally higher. We accept 3 day bookings if checking-in on a Thursday. Weekly discount and monthly discount also apply. We try to be as flexible as possible so if you can't book your desired dates, please feel free to send me a request. The space We cannot directly accept reservations as I need to check with the house manager first if she is available to turn the property around in between bookings. “La Maison des Ours” is located in Earlysville, VA. 15 minutes away from downtown Charlottesville. The house is set on 2 acres right off Earlysville Road, between the reservoir and the airport. The airport is 5 minutes away with direct flights to DC, Chicago, New York. This is the ideal vacation house for a couple with children. Or for parents visiting their kids at the university. It's fully equipped: full kitchen, washer/dryer, business corner with printer, BBQ grill, Cable TV, Wifi, central aircon/heating. The house has 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom; a guest bedroom and a kid’s bedroom with shared full 2nd bathroom. All located on the 2nd floor. On the 1st floor you will find a large open-kitchen with dining table, a study/office, a living/TV room, and a recreation room with a foosball table. There is a deck in the back with a BBQ grill. There is plenty parking space in the driveway. The garage is not available as it is being used for storage. The location is super quiet and the trees all around provide good privacy. The mall is 10 minutes away. It has good restaurants, Charlottesville’s first IMAX Theater, Pier One and a Trader Joe’s... Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except for the garage.
