We do have security cameras at each entrance to the house for the safety of the house and our guests so we will know when you arrive and how many guests you have in your group. HOUSE RULES • No Parties or events allowed. • Maximum number of guests allowed on property or overnight is 14. • No Smoking or Vaoing of any kind or permitted inside the house or on the decks. If smoke is detected there will be a $750 Ozone Smoke Removal Fee charged. • No Pets Allowed. We love dogs, but leave ours at home. If you bring a pet there will be a charge is $750 per pet. • Quiet Times: 10:00pm-8:00am. Please respect our neighbors and how noise carries across the water.
