This is a Non-Smoking Property Guest access As a guest you will have use of the entire log home and all its amenities, full access to the 2 acre property, and a supply of firewood for use in the woodstove. The heating/AC system was updated in January 2022 with the addition of an iWave-R filtration unit which uses positive and negative ions to actively clean the supply air, reducing bacteria and viruses in the coil and living space. The ionization process also reduces smoke and odors (cooking, pet, VOCs), as well as other particles in the air.
