The space is open concept, with the living, dining and kitchen all in one cozy space. The bedroom and full bathroom are just off of the open concept so everything you need is within a few steps and all on one level. Please note that there is only one sleeping accommodation, which is the bedroom. There are no additional sleeping accommodations. All furniture and amenities are high-end and high-quality to give you a luxurious experience with all of the comforts of home. Dunes Boat Tours (June-Sept) Discover the stunning beauty of Sandbanks Provincial Park and West Lake with our private pontoon boat tours. Our tours offer a unique and unforgettable way to experience the natural landscapes of the area.​ We offer 90 minute boat tours that will show you the key sights, or you can organize a custom tour for your group for 3 or 4 hours for up to 6 people. Your amount of time on the water is flexible, take advantage of the time you have to enjoy this amazing experience. ​Our boat is a Princecraft 21 foot pontoon boat that comfortably seats 6 passengers. Guests that book 5 nights or more are eligible to book a complimentary boat tour for 1 hour. Please be sure to inquire ahead to book. Guest access Parking is on site and just outside of the private entrance for this suite. Other things to note The sandy beach area is raised above the waterline along the docks (waterfront is not walk-out into the water). Kayaks are available on the property - three singles and one double kayak, paddles and life jackets. There’s a perfect little private beach you can paddle to up the shoreline. High speed 1GB Fibre internet is available for guest use - perfect for remote work or streaming your favourite shows during your stay.
