The Sterling Breeze offers top-notch amenities, a convenient location, and INSTANT beach access. The west end of Panama City Beach is less congested than the downtown area and offers gorgeous beaches and easy access to 30A. The Sea Señora won't let you down, so make your next beach memories with friends or family by making a reservation right away! Beach gear included: * Folding beach chairs x 4 * Beach Umbrella * Folding pair of beach chairs with a center cooler and mini umbrella * Boogie boards * Beach towels * Poolside Bar and Grill is located at the pool deck for convenience * There is ice for purchase at the vending area of the pool. The cost is $6 for a 16lb bag of ice so you can stock your cooler for the day. The unit has one bedroom with a King sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The hallway has built in twin bunk beds. The living room has a Queen sized sleeper sofa with a premium gel mattress. There is a spacious second bathroom to accommodate all guests. The compact kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals and eating in. Along with the entire condominium you will have access to the pool, hot tub, gymnasium and a walkway down to the beach. There is a convenient sky bridge from the parking garage so you don't have to cross busy Front Beach Road. Virtual check in process gives you the freedom to check in and out when desired but we do have a local hospitality manager that is there for you if you have any problems during your stay. There is PAID parking available. The cost for a parking pass at the Sterling Breeze parking garage is $50 per vehicle with a max of 2 vehicles per unit. You will also receive wrists bands along with this which give you full access to the amenities like the pool, hot tub and gym. There is a resort fee of $50 per VEHICLE (same fee regardless of number of people in one vehicle) with a max of 2 vehicles. This gives you wrist bands for use of all the amenities at Sterling Breeze during your stay.
