In the heart of a 30-hectare organic property, between Lectoure and Fleurance, we welcome you to the old orange grove of the castle. Inside, priority is given to light and harmony, the space combining Lectoure stone and wood. Outside, the cottage overlooks the park, you will relax in the shade of the century-old trees and enjoy private access to the gyms and massage rooms, billiard and projection room and the Nordic bath. The space The stone-built house retains all its freshness, even in the heart of summer. It offers on the ground floor a large living room of 90 m2 with fireplace, dining area and kitchen, an alcove with game table and a living room with piano leaving room for relaxation, games, reading... By a beautiful stone spiral staircase you access a hall giving access to the bathroom, a large master bedroom overlooking the park, the forest and the castle including a 160 cm bed, a bedroom with 120 cm boat bed, a bedroom overlooking the castle with a 140 cm bed and in the common area of the floor a sofa convertible into a 160 cm bed. Private garden with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha dining area, sports equipment, billiards, bicycles, outdoor games for children and ping pong table are available free of charge. You can walk with dogs and cats on our land and in the adjoining forest where it is not uncommon to come across deer, hares, pheasants... Guest access With free access to the Château, you can access the laundry room, a massage room, and a gym. Access is reserved for you, upon request, to the billiard room and foosball and the projection room, as well as to a space dedicated to wifi. In the forest, a Nordic bath, designed for 6 people can be privatized on request (wood heating). Other things to note We provide a piano in the cottage. Quality sheets, towels and linen are provided. Cleaning is scheduled at the end of the stay. In high season, bookings are made by the week, from Sunday to Sunday.
