A delightful 1-bedroom apartment, comes with a nice living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV and a table and seats for 2. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, that will be made up with hotel quality linen, upon arrival, a large mirror and ceiling-fan. There's a nicely equipped kitchenette, with the essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a cooking plate, microwave, coffee machine and fridge. The available bathroom has walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and mirror: fresh towels and free toiletries, for your convenience. For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized. Enjoy your stay! Guest access The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator and guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay. Other things to note This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
