High ceilings, open floor plan, full tile floors, granite kitchen with breakfast bar, and in-unit laundry. Primary suite has a queen + jetted tub & double vanity. Second bedroom has twin bunks + extra bed. We limit to 5 guests for more space and quieter stays. Two heated pools, fitness centers, tennis & nature walk in this gated complex. The space Open floor plan with high ceilings and full tile flooring. Large sliding glass doors from the living room and primary bedroom open to a private balcony with partial ocean views. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, breakfast bar, and everything you need. The condo features both a Keurig single-serve pod coffee maker and a standard drip coffee maker. I try to provide fresh ground coffee, creamer, and sugar for the drip machine. Please note that K-Cups/pods are not supplied, but you are welcome to bring your favorite pods for the Keurig. In-unit washer and dryer. Primary bathroom has a jetted tub, standing shower, and double vanity. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire condo and all Oceanwalk complex amenities, including two heated pools with hot tubs, two recreation/fitness centers, tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball, the half-mile nature walk through the estuary, elevators, and gated entry with security. Other things to note We intentionally limit occupancy to 5 guests so everyone has more space and a quieter experience. We prioritize respectful guests who treat the condo with care. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided. The complex has security cameras in common areas.
