The cottage is designed & furnished with fengshui & energy principles. Kitchen has all the necessary utensils needed to create a great meal. All bedding & towels are sanitized and a strict cleaning protocol is adhered as well we use natural disinfectant & sage between all guests. If you have any allergies to cleaners aroma etc. let us know. The heat is excellent & we provide the option of fans or AC in summer months. The stream gives an excellent breeze and is the best sound to fall asleep too. The land is Native healing land and you can feel it when you experience it. Please note that our town charges a 2% tax that will be tagged on upon booking- this goes straight to the tax man ! Guest access Entire cottage and fenced in land, across the bridge and past the fence is our barn/ office we are very unobtrusive and we never access the fenced in area that that cottage is on. The driveway is shared with the owner and we ask you use the two spots on the right Other things to note The Land is on the Catskills preserve, we ask guests to respect the nature and we love to have gatherings here but ask no wild parties or events unless we are notified.
