Welcome to the emerald coast! Our condo is family friendly, spacious, comfy, has INCREDIBLE views, a private balcony & private beach access to the powdery white sand and turquoise waters of Panama City Beach, FL. You'll love all of the amenities that Laketown Wharf Resort has to offer; gulf views, 5 unique pools, miniature golf, fully equipped fitness center, onsite bistro/market, coffee cafe, on site dining options (did someone say TACOS?!), event center...and sooo much more! *PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BOOKING* There’s a lot of information, but it’s helpful in deciding if our place is right for you :) Our 10th floor condo is the perfect place for your beach vacation. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, as well as a bunkbed room with twin beds & a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The primary bedroom has a view of the ocean, private ensuite bathroom, as well as direct access to the large private balcony. The additional king-sized guest bedroom has a small view of the lake and a bathroom that is shared with the bunk room. The bunkroom is nice and spacious giving it its own privacy as well. You will love watching the sun setting and the sun rising from the huge private balcony. Sit outside and soak in the sound of the waves or walk right across the street for private beach access. There are several fantastic restaurants nearby, but the condo is also convenient for home cooking with a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils and coffee maker to ensure a satisfying stay. The Resort: The Laketown Wharf Resort is dedicated to satisfying you during your stay with tons of fantastic community amenities such as five pools (complete with a cocktail bar), two hot tubs, putting green, and an onsite fitness center. You & your registered guests will have access to the entire condo, 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, putting green, fitness center and a private access to the beach. I will communicate as much or as little as you need. If I can be of any help, please feel free to reach out :) We are not perfect, but we strive our best to communicate well and provide a clean, secure place for you to relax, make memories, and enjoy. ****There will be a $100 resort fee (plus taxes) for bookings. This is a per stay fee (NOT PER NIGHT, NOT PER PERSON)). This fee includes parking for up to 2 vehicles & wrist bands for each registered guest (up to 8) to access all amenities in the resort. You’ll pay when you arrive at the resort in the front lobby or you can pay ahead of time via a link sent from Laketown Wharf through text message & pickup the wrist bands upon arrival in the lobby. This fee is in addition to what you pay through Airbnb, it is paid directly to the resort. We would love for you to take the trash out to the trash chute (located just a few feet from our unit) and start the dishwasher before heading out. I want to make you aware that Panama City Beach, FL is a popular destination & the resort tends to be busy during the summer months. Therefore, during these months the elevators may have longer wait times. Here are a few tips to help; I recommend trying to avoid the elevators during peak hours 10am-12pm and 3pm-4:30PM. Check-in is 4pm, but if you can, I'd recommend arriving between 12-2pm to register your guests, get parking tags, and wrist bands. By doing this you can enjoy the resort amenities and avoid the longer waits that you'll catch at check-in time. I hope this helps :) This is a big resort & maintenance is ongoing from the west & tear of the sea salt. I’m not made aware of every project, however sometimes the stairwells may be being painted, exterior lightbulbs may be being replaced, etc. Generally this won’t be an inconvenience for you, however I cannot guarantee that the work will not affect your stay in some way. If I’m made aware of anything that could cause disruption to your stay, I will most certainly notify you prior to your arrival. Our cleaning team provides; 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 dishwashing pods, 2 trash bags for the kitchen, towels, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. If you have read this far, thank you!
