A weekend with family, friends, a week's vacation, remote working, any excuse is good to come and stay with us, in Auvergne, and more precisely in the city center of Clermont-Ferrand! (Place de Jaude 200 m away/paid parking nearby) We were keen to renovate these former offices to make them a beautiful, comfortable 100 m2 apartment, super bright, fully equipped, with, in addition, a superb view of our beautiful black cathedral. The space Perfect for your short stays, and also for your longer stays, come and relax and discover our beautiful region! The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the center of Clermont-Ferrand with the tram less than 100 m away. The decoration and layout have been carefully chosen so that you can spend moments of sharing, friendship and conviviality around a large wooden table located in the main room including the open kitchen with a glass roof. Drop off your bags and take advantage of all the amenities: - Oven, microwave, ceramic hob to prepare good dishes! - Dishwasher so you don't bother once the kitchen is over! - THD/Fiber Wifi: come and work remotely with us, a space is dedicated to you, and we can also provide you with an ethernet cable if needed for an even faster connection! - TV + Apple TV to connect to all your favorite apps: Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Youtube, Brut, etc. - Dolce Gusto Krups machine for all your favorite hot and cold drinks! - Washing machine, for your longer stays. - Shower gel and shampoo at your disposal.
