Opal Condo!!! The 2-bedroom, 2-full bath condo, a private, community pool, large community BBQ grill and an elevator. The Opal Condominium complex is located in the heart of Dewey Beach, DE. The condo is located on Rt 1, bayside. You can walk one block to either the Atlantic Ocean or the Rehoboth Bay. This condominium has a comfortable open floor design and sleeps 10 adults. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a smart TV. The adjacent bathroom has a full walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has double bunk bed and also double bed. The living room has a queen sofa bed and 60” smart TV. The kitchen was updated in 2021 and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and beautiful ceramic tile floors. **LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED** *Please note that we cannot guarantee the condo pool will be open before Memorial Day or past Labor Day weekend. Keypad to front door You need a fob to enter the pool area- there is 1 hanging on hooks by front door. ($75 replacement fee, if lost) . The pool closes at 10PM. We can not promise pool will be open before memorial day or after labor day. Two front door keys are provided as well as FOB for pool. If lost, you will forfeit your refundable fee given the inconvenience. Opal Condo Linens and towels are NOT included in stay. You can bring your own or rent from a local company. Damage fee: Refundable damage fee is $350. It will be collected under “extra fee”. As long as no damage is reported, this will be returned to you.
