The property is on the hill of North Santa Teresa, the most exclusive part of the beach; just a 2 minute drive away from the best surf. The house is inside a private property where the managers also have a house (separate and private). Enjoy the privacy and comfort of this fully equipped house with the most amazing view of all coast, from Cabo Blanco in Mal Pais, to Santa Teresa's breaking waves, while you take a dip in its premium infinity edge pool. The house has two big master bedrooms each with its one private deck overlooking south, to the sunrise, and Playa Carmen, Mal Pais, Cabo Blanco.... Each bedroom has a king size bed with luxury linens. There is also a sofa bed in each room, for 1 or 2 extra guests. Both bedrooms have A/C and a private master bathroom in each. Hot water is available for showers, sinks and kitchen! A fully equipped kitchen and top of the line outdoor BBQ area, makes it the ideal setting for a perfect sunset hour and dinner... done by you or our talented recommended chefs. Although nature by itself is a show, the house is equipped, with a smart TV (Netflix, Youtube) and cable TV. We also have fiber optic internet 20 mb. The pool has Indian tile and a running water fountain on the side. frequently visited by howler monkeys, black hawks, squirrel cuckoos and trogons, you have a truly a birds eye view. Its hard to get away really! Marianne and Rob are the house managers. They live on-site. They will be there to greet you and show you around, and help you with anything you need, from transportation, to reservations, recommendations and more! The house also counts with cleaning service. every other day. You can also let us know if you need the lady to come more often and we can arrange that!
