A chic renovated beach house!

This is a chic beach which was carefully designed to make your summer or any season vacation special. Our house is a pretty shingled home sitting on a lovely landscaped half acre. The house offers an open layout with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and modern stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a beautiful outdoor shower after a long day outdoors! The house is approximately a 7 minute ride to the center of town and approximately 20 minutes to Montauk. **July and August are 2 week minimum stays. The space The house has been freshly painted and renovated to allow guests to relax and unwind. Guest access Self check-in with a standard lock box on the premises and front door passcode. The combination will be emailed or texted to the guest prior to arrival. Other things to note Please, no pets or smoking allowed on or around the property. No hosting of any parties or events allowed on the property.
