One on the upper level and one on the lower level. There is a large fully stocked kitchen most basic cookware. There is a dining table for six, and two additional stools at the counter. 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. The large backyard has a porch area with a dining table and chairs. There is also a fire pit with seating as well. Outside patio features a firepit and seating, along with a propane-operated grill. The driveway can fit about three cars. For additional parking, there is a public parking lot across the street at Drug Mart. Please do not block the sidewalk. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy. Other things to note Several of Huron's best restaurants are a couple minute walk away; local favorite Marconi's is right across the street. Also within walking distance are grocery stores, Dairy Queen, Drug Mart and much more. There is a train that runs through the middle of town. It is frequently traveled including the middle of the night! It is about a mile away but light sleepers should consider ear plugs, a fan, or white noise machine! Everything in this entire house is remodeled from top to bottom including all 3 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, paint, lighting etc. and all furniture brand new. This quaint little lake/beach neighborhood is cozy, safe, and comes alive in the summertime. Tons of places to walk to and plenty of parking. Walking distance to Nickel plate Beach and Marconi's Italian Restaurant. Also, nearby to many other locally owned restaurants and shops. Lake Erie Adventure Kayak Rentals and Paddleboards are nearby as well.
