This will be a 1 room rental, but there are 2 rooms available with 1 shared full Bathroom, washroom available or there is a laundry mat less than a mile away if you prefer. Nice neighborhood, parking is free on driveway and on street, street can be a little crowded at times but space for all. There are multiple restaurants and bars around the area, 15 minutes from down town Corpus Christi, Walmart and HEB within 1 mile range. The space You have access to the kitchen, back yard, and living room! Space in the kitchen for any food items and space in the fridge for anything needing to be refrigerated. Smoking is not allowed 🚫 Guest access Room, kitchen, living room, patio, and Full Gym in Garage. ( Weights, Bench, Squat Rack, etc) Plz Keep Garage Closed at All Times No Exceptions! Other things to note There is a back patio with a bar-b-Que pit feel free to use as you please!
