The fully stocked kitchen can assist in creating tasty meals or order out and enjoy sitting and dining on the Main, Gulf Facing Balcony right off the Living Room and watch the waves! Need more sleeping arrangements? This owner as another home in this complex, #502C, a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, great for the in-laws (and the kids, lol) while you enjoy your privacy and peace!! We can sure accommodate you all!! Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club offers the best of both worlds with a deeded, private access to a beautiful beach on one side and the Little Lagoon with a pier, rentable boat slip, and a boat launch on the other. Surf and sun on one, fishing and boating on the other (also Kayak accessible). More great amenities include a beautiful Swimming Pool with a Relaxing Hot Tub, 2 lighted and newly resurfaced Tennis/ Pickleball Courts, Shuffleboard, 2 Grilling Areas with 3 Grills each, a Fish Cleaning Station, and Spectacular Views from every angle! *Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant. *All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided.
