There is a wrap around deck and fenced yard for optimal family fun playing badminton and corn hole! With modern furnishings, you will find everything you need to enjoy your dreamy beach vacation! Enjoy incredible sunsets and ocean views from the living room, kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms. The deeded neighborhood beach access is just a 3 minute walk from the SeaView. Bayshore Beach stretches for miles from north of the Alsea River all the way into Seal Rock and beyond. This is a fairly private beach for a game of Frisbee, building shelters out of driftwood and searching for agates and sand dollars. Guests of this home also have access to the Bayshore swimming pool on a daily fee basis. The swimming pool (open seasonally in the summer) schedule of swim times will be posted at pool entrance. Renters must provide their rental agreement and photo identification to gain access. Access may be restricted during busy times. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. Sweet Homes does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home, but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3 dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation and are requested through Airbnb Resolution Center. Sleeps up to 8- 4 bedrooms: 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 2 sleeper sofas, 2 baths Vehicles: Licensed for 4 (strictly enforced) No boats, trailers or RV's per HOA rules. Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum *Each home is individually owned. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time.
