Sit on the deck and enjoy bbq, cocktails, or morning coffee and enjoy watching boats pass buy, spot an eagle flying over the river bluffs, or take a walk up the road and spot some of the many deer in the area that is nestled away from high traffic, but close to everything! A private deck walkout has leads down to the lakefront boardwalk to the pool and docks. This quiet complex on the 23 MM in Osage beach off KK Hwy offers a great lakeside experience while being close to some of the best shopping, entertainment and recreation. Only a couple minutes away from 2 golf courses, Margaritaville, Redheads Lakeside Grill and Yacht Club, High Tide, Shorty Pants, Jeffrey's at the Lake and Baristago Coffee House. Guest access HOA rules must be read, signed and returned in order to confirm reservation. Guests have access to and will be the only guests in this condo. The day before your arrival, you will receive a message with all check-in details and another message the day of arrival with your code to self check in. You will have access to the pool (seasonal), boat ramp, trailer parking, fishing area on dock, parking, tennis courts and coin operated laundry and green areas. Please inform us when booking if you are bringing a boat and what type, size and length. Other things to note We love to provide our Happy Place to others to enjoy and we need to abide by the rules of the Weston Point Condo Association so we may continue to do so. We strive to provide a 5 star experience at an affordable price so everyone can enjoy a lake escape. Deer are prevalent at Weston Point so exercise caution when driving around especially at night.
