Wonderful Villa with a full and ready-to-use pool (due to the drought in Catalonia, some pools are not operational), built in the purest Catalan style of the Baix Emporda region with a circular tower which gives the name to the villa, "Castell" MirTo. The villa has great views to the southwest of a wonderful valley in the natural surroundings of "Les Gavarres" Located at the end of a street, it is a very safe place for children and pets. A perfect vacation spot. The space The wonderful Villa has 3 double bedrooms, two full and very large bathrooms (one en-suite) and a common toilet. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and shares the space through a dining room with a table for 10 people until you reach the living room. The villa has multiple terraces, (rooms, living room, pool... where you can enjoy the sun and the views. The 4x8m pool has a great orientation to the southwest and towards the valley, which makes it always usable at any time of the day. If your stay is in winter, the villa has a very good central heating system and a fireplace that will make your stay even more cozy. You can be barefoot and without a coat as it is very warm. If, on the other hand, it is in summer, all rooms have mosquito nets, ceiling fans and great cross ventilation that will make the Mediterranean breeze circulate throughout the house.
