The built-in twin beds located in the loft master bedroom are small and intended for children only. The full-size bunk beds in the third bedroom are suitable for adults. Please be aware that the water levels of Douglas Lake are managed by the TVA and are typically lowered during the fall and winter months. A photo ID may be required upon check-in. Additional fees and local taxes may apply to your booking. There is room for (2) vehicles at the cabin. Additional vehicles must be stored at the overflow lot and registration with management is required to avoid towing. House Rules and Policies - No smoking - No pets allowed -Open fires of any kind are strictly prohibited by the HOA, including fire pits, anywhere in the resort due to the severe risk of wildfires in our area. -Per fire marshal guidelines, the grill may not be moved at all from its location. It must be 10’ from the structure at all times.
